Out of contract Hull City striker and Leeds United target Abel Hernandez is pricing himself out moves to other clubs in England it seems, according to an update from Alan Nixon.

The Uruguayan international is out of contract this summer and has seemingly had a whole host of clubs take an interest in him, including Yorkshire giants Leeds. However, it would now appear that clubs are looking elsewhere, with Hernandez's wages becoming increasingly demanding.

The big striker only returned from injury towards the back end of last season but made an instant impact on the Hull team, banging in crucial goals to help steer Nigel Adkins' men clear of any sort of relegation worries.

Hernandez, who has plenty of international experience and was a big money signing for the Tigers while in the Premier League, appeared to be all set to sign for Leeds a few weeks back, however, that move is now on hold it would appear, as new Whites manager Marcelo Bielsa weighs up his options.

The Uruguayan will be hoping to find a new club soon, but with time running out to secure an early summer move, a move abroad could well end up becoming the most likely option for the 27-year-old.

Hull and Leeds fans, what do you think of this? Should Hernandez leave England? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
