Leeds United's takeover by Italian Andrea Radrizzani is potentially in doubt, according to a report in the Daily Star.

The news outlet report that despite earlier indications that current owner Massimo Cellino was going to sell 50% of the club to Radrizzani this year, before being open to selling the rest next term, it appears now Cellino may only wish to sell 48% at the moment.

The news will be something Leeds fans do not want to hear. The club are currently flying in the Championship, and find themselves in fourth position following an excellent run of form under new manager Garry Monk.

Monk has got his players and the fans focussed firmly on matters on the field, and he will be keen for off field distractions to be kept to a minimum.

Things have been relatively quiet at Elland Road off the field by Cellino's standards of the last few seasons, and everyone associated with the club will no doubt be hoping for a swift resolution on this matter.

Leeds fans, what do you think? Should Cellino sell up? Let us know your thoughts!
