Leeds United starlet urges club to let him leave

Published

Leeds United left-back Charlie Taylor has once again stated his intentions to leave Elland Road, according to the Express.

The 23-year-old has been unhappy for the past few months, and tried to force through a move out of the Elland Road’s exit doors after handing in a transfer request in June.

His request was rejected by the club, who believe he is a big part of the club after starting in every single game this year.

The left-back will have his eye on departing the Yorkshire outfit either in January or next summer, as he has only eight months left on his contract.

After appearing to fail in convincing the starlet to remain at the club, Leeds boss Garry Monk will have to make a decision whether to grant Taylor’s wish to leave and gain some money from an interested party in January, or risk letting Taylor leave for free in the summer.

Leeds United fans… what do you make of the news? Should Monk let Taylor leave? Why is he so unhappy at the club? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
