The end of season chaos is now well and truly upon us, and as always Elland Road is at the heart of the action.

Mans fans are still reeling from the shock resignation of Garry Monk, while other fans are choosing to look to the future with the likes of Aitor Karanka and even Premier League winning manager Claudio Ranieri being linked with the vacant manager's hot seat.

Leeds' promotion push faltered late on last season as they slumped to a seventh place finish, five points behind Fulham who secured the final play-off spot.

It is clear that the new manager has work to do this summer if they are to go one better next season.

Leeds are a sleeping giant of a club with a brilliant infrastructure and a huge fan base and no doubt the new manager will be tasked with leading the club back to where many people believe they belong, the Premier League.

One area the new gaffer could look to exploit in the transfer market is the Youth and Reserve teams of the top Premier League clubs.

This article is going to take a look at TWO of the Premier League's hottest talents that could be on Leeds United's radar this summer...

Tammy Abraham

One player that Leeds United could look to poach this summer is hotshot Tammy Abraham, Abraham was a revelation for Championship club Bristol City last year after some magnificent performances leading the line for The Robins.

The young frontman made a total of 48 appearances for the club last term, netting a remarkable 26 goals in the process.

His exploits of last season has led to many media outlets linking the 19-year- old with a move up to the Premier League however, first team football may be harder to come by should he join a club in England's top tier.

The Chelsea youngster may benefit more from sticking it out in the Championship for a further season and gaining the vital experience of first team football week in, week out, instead of potentially playing a bit part role for a top flight side.

Abraham is very highly rated by the coaching staff down at Stamford Bridge and has already made two first team appearances for the club, both coming in the Premier League.

Axel Tuanzebe

Another one of the Premier League's hottest talents that could be on Leeds United's radar this summer is Manchester United's Axel Tuanzebe.

The 19-year-old is very highly rated by all at Old Trafford and has been touted as a future first teamer for the club.

The defender has actually made 5 first team appearances for The Red Devils already, with 4 of those coming in the Premier League.

However, he is now at a delicate stage of his career that could make or break him as a professional footballer as he looks to break into Jose Mourinho's thoughts.

The best way of doing this is to impress during a loan spell, and a loan move to the Sky Bet Championship could be exactly what the young man needs to aid his development.

Leeds United are a huge Championship club and could be the perfect place for Tuanzebe to gain valuable first team experience.
