Leeds United have been flying towards the top of the Championship table all season and there's genuine hope that under Garry Monk, supporters here in Yorkshire will be seeing Premier League football at Elland Road again in years to come.

There seems to be a real balance to this Leeds side at the moment- goals, a solid defence and a team that want to play for each other, arguably the biggest thing to any success in the game.

But turning to the summer and whether the Whites get promoted or not, there's plenty of work to do off-the-field, especially when it comes to transfers.

And one man that has certainly caught the eye this season in the Championship is Isaiah Brown, who has had spells at Rotherham and Huddersfield, on-loan from Chelsea.

The pacy 19-year-old, who often plays in-behind the striker has been a refreshing addition to the division this season and looks very much like a Chelsea player, that could have a first-team future at the Bridge in years to come.

Pacy, full of enthusiasm with a good eye for goal, it looks like this boy has it all and there's absolutely no reason why Leeds shouldn't be making a move for him this summer.

According to Transfermarkt, he's valued at £2.13m - if the club wanted to bring him in on a permanent deal but there's still little chance of him making the Blues first-team next season, so a loan might suit both teams best.

At that point, Leeds might be in the Premier League but there's absolutely no-doubt about it.

They need to bring in some competition for Chris Wood to both keep things fresh and to ensure they are not figured out immediately next season.

Bringing in the youngster could be a seriously good idea on all accounts, if a deal can be pulled off.
