Leeds United could be set to make a summer move for former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Paul Robinson, according to the Mirror.
Robinson, 35, currently plies his trade for Sky Bet Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers but he looks set to depart Ewood Park this summer.
The 6ft 2 goalkeeper racked up a sizeable 189 appearances for Rovers since joining the club from Spurs in 2008, and he has gone on to become a club stalwart there.
Robinson already has experience of playing at Elland Road, having had a six year spell at the club between 1998 to 2004 – where he went on to accumulate 95 appearances.
Leeds United currently utilise Marco Silvestri as their number one and his impressive displays this season have made him a fan’s favourite.
This means that Robinson would surely be seen as a back-up option to Silvestri if he did sign for the Whites next season.
