The 23-year-old has impressed for Leeds United this term in his second season at Elland Road.
The Manchester City loanee has scored five goals and chipped in with seven assists in 37 Championship appearances so far this term, and it appears the winger wants to keep up his fitness levels during these bizarre times.
A video of the 23-year-old emerged on social media, seeing Harrison find his own way to exercise, teaming up with his partner to do a self workout from home.

My grandparents were feeling down about self isolating and not being able to go out for their own safety, so my mums friend popped by to cheer them up, thank you Francis you made their day 😂🙌🏼 it’s so important we look out for the elderly and vulnerable at this moment 💙 pic.twitter.com/bHxDSI2z0s

With elderly people being advised to avoid as much social contact as possible, Douglas heartwarming video examples some of the community spirit and cheer that some people have relayed during this tough time.

As much as there has been some light-hearted relief from many of the Leeds United squad, some have taken their time to relay the seriousness of the situation we find ourselves in, and the importance of us following the guidelines set by the government.
On Sunday, Stuart Dallas took time out to post a video on his Twitter page encouraging people to be conscious of others and act sensibly whilst the country deals with this ongoing health scenario.
Although we are all missing football and will hope it returns sooner rather than later, it is comforting to know that everyone is in this together and that our EFL heroes are doing their best to try and entertain and advise us during these unprecedented times.
