Leeds United have rejected West Ham's bid of £7m for Charlie Taylor, according to HITC Sport.

The 22-year-old has been strongly linked with a move away from Elland Road all summer after reportedly rejecting a contract extension and handing in a transfer request - which was subsequently rejected by the club.

The former England under-19 was being monitored by the Hammers to provide cover for injured left back Aaron Cresswell but the arrival of Arthur Masuaku seemed to put this deal in doubt. According to reports, though, West Ham are still looking to strengthen in this department and have lodged a £7m bid for the promising defender.

West Brom, Liverpool and Manchester United have also been linked with a move for the young full back but Leeds are desperate to keep the star man at the club.

Taylor won over the fans with dominant displays from left back and swooped to win the Leeds United Player of the Year award last season. They might now, however, need to cash in on him before he is available to leave on a free next summer.

Leeds fans - what do you think? What price would you slap on Taylor? Who could you sign to replace him?
