Leeds United could be set to make a move for Juventus striker Moise Kean, according to a report in the Hull Daily Mail via Italian sources.

The 17-year-old is currently playing his football with Verona, but has been impressing for the Italian club as he looks to cement his place as one of the most exciting talents on the continent.

However, it is believed Leeds United manager Thomas Christiansen is a big fan of the striker, and he could look to make a move in January as he looks to add a host of new players to his promotion chasing Leeds squad.

Kean has been capped by Italy up to every level including the under-19's so far, and is highly regarded by his parent club Juventus, who see him as having a big future with the 'Old Lady'.

A short-term move or even a permanent switch to Leeds though and the chance to play regular football might well appeal to Kean though, who will no doubt be keen to make an impression on the game despite his tender age.

Leeds though face a fight to get Kean, who according to the report could be set to stay at Verona until the end of the season.
