Leeds United are preparing a a move for 22-year-old French striker Andy Delort, reports The72.
Delort currently plays for Tours in Ligue 2 in France, and the highly-rated striker was the joint leading goalscorer in Ligue 2 last season.
The Frenchman amassed 24 goals in 34 games for the second tier French side, and his impressive form has caught the eye of an array of clubs.
Spanish giants Athletico Madrid are currently leading the chase for the 22-year-old starlet, however Dave Hockaday’s Leeds United are interested in making a move for the striker.
Leeds are eager to utilise the £11 million they received from the sale of striker Ross McCormack to Fulham, and are eyeing an ambitious move for the Tours forward.
