Jack Harrison is sure to be a pleased man by the end of the season, as both his parent club and the club he's currently on loan at, could both taste success in the coming months.

Harrison is currently on loan at Leeds United from Manchester City and has looked impressive in his time with Marcelo Bielsa's squad this season.

He has played his part in Leeds' promotion push this season, and with eight games remaining, there's plenty still to play for.

The winger was full of praise for his parent club and labelled the standard of their football as 'incredible' in an interview with the Manchester Evening News.

"It’s been amazing to watch them, I love watching them play. The standard is incredible and what Pep has done with the team is an asset to him.

"Just watching how he manages the team is incredible. Being on pre-season and then looking at some of the things players are doing this season, I can relate to it."

Harrison has witnessed Guardiola's work in person having been with the squad for pre-season, and insisted that he stuck to his tactics throughout.

"I saw the foundations for a lot of it being laid in the summer. It was a young squad but he didn’t change any of his training methods, he still wanted to develop them and help them anyway he could."

Harrison will be hoping to impress out on loan with Leeds for the remainder of the season and will ultimately be eyeing for promotion back into the Premier League.

If he can make a positive impact, then we could see the winger fighting for a starting spot in the City team next season.

The Verdict:

They've been incredible this season.

I can't see Liverpool catching Manchester City for the Premier League title as they are just far too strong and a cut above everyone else in the top flight.

I'm not confident in seeing Harrison breaking into the City first-team anytime soon though.
