The future of Leeds United full-back Laurens De Bock looks more uncertain than ever after being told that he has no future with HV Oostende after their latest transfer update.

De Bock moved on loan to the Belgian first tier side back in the summer, but the club's sporting director confirmed that a replacement had already been signed for him.

The 26-year-old was signed for £1.8million by Paul Heckingbottom in January 2018 but he struggled to adapt to the intensity of Championship football, making just seven appearances.

This season has seen him turn out just seven times for Oostende, helping the club into 14th in the Belgian first tier.

But now he has no idea what the future will hold for him with Marcelo Bielsa very unlikely to be interested in him.

So what will he be thinking after this news broke?

I imagine he will be pretty upset and most likely feel incredibly lost, too.

He will have made the move to Oostende hoping to prove himself to Leeds but knowing that he will hopefully have an option in his home country if that failed.

But now that all of those options have failed, his future is completely up in the air and he will have as much idea as anybody what happens next for him.
