Leeds United have suffered more bad injury news with midfielder Eunan O'Kane being confirmed to have broken his leg this weekend.

Confirmed in a report from BBC Sport, the midfielder - currently on loan with Luton - went down in a heap during yesterday's 1-0 win over Bristol Rovers, and it has now been confirmed that he has suffered breaks to both his tibia and fibia.

Despite being farmed out on loan by the Elland Road club, it is yet more miserable news for the club, who have this past week seen Pablo Hernandez, Kemar Roofe, and Patrick Bamford all struck down with injury.

O'Kane will undergo surgery and be looked after by the staff at Elland Road, bringing an end to his time at Kenilworth Road and almost certainly ending his entire season.

The Leeds midfielder was deemed surplus to requirements by new Whites manager Marcelo Bielsa, and would no doubt have been keen to simply get back to playing at Luton. However, this serious injury has now hampered any chances he had of rebuilding his repuation this season, and O'Kane could well be out for the best part of a year based on previous leg breaks of this nature.

Leeds fans, what do you think? Got to feel sorry for O'Kane surely? Let us know your thoughts!
