Leeds United man pokes fun at himself on social media after Sheffield Wednesday error

Leeds United’s Hadi Sacko poked fun at himself on his personal Twitter account, following Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday.

The midfielder took to social media to post a picture of a PlayStation control without any pass or shoot buttons, after Sacko failed to capitalise on a glorious opportunity midway through the first-half of the Yorkshire derby.

Following a swift break, Sacko had both the option to shoot or lay the ball across the area for Chris Wood, but rather than test the goalkeeper or pass to his teammate, the winger ran the ball out of the pitch.

Sacko has impressed fans this season, but has been criticised for his wastefulness in the final third, having found the net on just two occasions this term.

Luckily for Leeds, Sacko’s indecisiveness did not cost them, as Wood’s first-half opener was enough to win a cagey clash between two of the Sky Bet Championship’s Play-Off contenders.

Victory for Garry Monk’s side saw them strengthen their grip on their place in the top-six, with now an eight-point cushion over seventh placed Fulham.

Leeds fans… How frustrated were you with Sacko during Saturday’s victory? Let us know in the comments below!
