Leeds United are the latest side to join the hunt for Hull City's highly-rated winger Jarrod Bowen.

Bowen has been attracting interest from the top flight this summer, but the Yorkshire Post suggests that ambitious Leeds have recently stepped up their interest in the Leominster-born player.

21-year old Bowen has been the subject of interest from Everton, with the Premier League side reportedly putting together a £12m package to tempt him to Merseyside. New Everton boss Marco Silva spent six months with Hull in 2017 and saw first-hand Bowen's potential.

Despite their pursuit of Matej Vydra, Bowen is now a target for Leeds following an impressive season during which he bagged 14 Championship goals.

Bowen joined Hull from Hereford, turning down the opportunity to sign for both Wolves and West Brom at the time. The Championship side are now reportedly prepared to do business at the right price, in order to fund a top six push of their own next season.

The Verdict

Only yesterday, FLW suggested Bowen would be a great singing for Leeds and 24 hours later they're rumoured to be interested.

He's a very special talent with a big future, but will Leeds have the buying power to attract both him and Vydra, or will they be forced to choose?
