Hogan has amassed 19 goals this season, including one in Rochdale’s 2-0 FA Cup victory over Leeds in January.

Leeds United manager Brian McDermott went to watch Hogan during the recent 3-0 defeat by Southend where they also watched visiting goalkeeping Daniel Bentley. Leeds have pinpointed Daniel Bentley as a prime summer target and a bid is expected to be made.

Leeds owner Massimo Cellino is looking at former club Cagliari, and a few players have been linked with the Whites. Colombian striker Victor Ibarbo and Brazilian midfielder Danilo Avelar have been linked with a move to Yorkshire.
