Both players ply their trade for Serie A outfit Palermo and Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino is in talks with the Italian club regarding loan deals for the duo.

Bamba, 29, has had experience of playing in English football, having played for Leicester City in the Championship in the 2011/12 season.

The Ivorian was a pivotal player that season for the Foxes, and was seen as one of the best centre-backs in the league during that particular season.

Bamba left Leicester City in 2012 and signed for Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor in June 2012, for a fee of £750,000.

Having been released from Trabzonspor in August last year, he joined Italian club Palermo on a free transfer, signing a three-year deal at the club.

Meanwhile, N'Goyi is a 26-year-old defensive midfielder who has a wealth of experience playing professional football in France, however he now looks set for a move to England.

The midfielder started his career at Ligue 1 club Paris Saint Germain, and he spent six years at the club, making a total of 17 appearances for the senior team.

After PSG, the defensive midfielder had stints at Clermont Foot, Brest, Nantes, Troyes AC and then Palermo where he is currently at.

he news of Leeds United’s interest in the Palermo midfielder comes after the news that the Yorkshire club are set to offer starlet Lewis Cook a new deal, to fend off interest from Liverpool and other top-flight clubs.

Bamba and N'Goyi would certainly help in adding an element of experience and strength in depth to the Leeds United team, who are in desperate need of fresh impetus.
