According to reports from Football Insider, Leeds United have made approaches to sign Ryan Kent and Harry Wilson from Liverpool next season.

Marcelo Bielsa's side will be looking to go one step further in their quest for Premier League football next season, after missing out on promotion via the play-offs last time around.

Wilson was a standout performer for Derby County last season, scoring 18 goals and producing six assists in all competitions last term whilst on loan from Anfield.

Kent, meanwhile, came into his own under former Red legend Steven Gerrard last term, scoring six goals and producing four assists whilst on loan at Ibrox.

Marcelo Bielsa will have learned a lot about his side last season, and he will know that his side often lacked firepower when entering the final third.

Jack Harrison flattered to deceive at times, and even though Pablo Hernandez dazzled with his creativity and vision, the lack of pace and power on either flank was there for all to see.

The signings of Wilson and Kent would definitely fulfil those needs though, and Leeds fans will surely be delighted at the club's ambition if they do manage to sign even one of the players.

Wilson established himself as one of the best players in the Championship last season, and with Premier League clubs being linked with his signature, it would be a massive coup if Leeds were to sign him.

Kent has really failed to make an impact during his time in England, but a loan spell in the SPFL with Rangers has really improved him as a player, and he is more than ready to make an impact in the Championship.

It would be a major statement of intent by the Whites if they were to sign the duo this summer, and they would definitely put Bielsa's side in good stead to win promotion next term.
