Leicester City defender Liam Moore was again watched by Leeds United last night, as the Yorkshire club consider making a move to bring the 22-year-old in on loan, according to the Yorkshire Post.

The publication claims representatives at the club watched the central defender at Leicester’s Capital Cup second round clash with Bury last night, a game which the Foxes won 4-1.

Moore is highly-rated at Leicester, but new arrivals have seen him fall down the pecking order since the club’s promotion, so Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri will surely be happy to let the young defender leave on loan to gain more experience.

The 22-year old already has plenty of Championship experience, having been instrumental in Leicester’s promotion to the Premier League, as well as having spells at Brentford.

Moore is available for loan as his opportunities for first-team football look limited at Leicester, and he would definitely bolster the Yorkshire club’s defence.

This move would be beneficial for all parties involved in this deal, as it would help Moore to develop and mature even more as player, help enhance Leeds’ defence and ultimately help Leicester make their player into a more well-rounded individual.
