Jack Harrison ‘should’ sign permanently for Leeds United when the summer transfer window opens.
Leeds have overseen the development of Harrison over the course of the last two seasons, with the Manchester City winger showing incredible progress under Marcelo Bielsa.
Last season, Harrison scored four goals and registered three assists, but he quickly surpassed that this term, scoring five and registering seven assists – a figure that could be so much more.
Bielsa has started Harrison in every Championship fixture Leeds have played since Christmas 2018, with the 23-year-old winning over the Elland Road fanbase with his consistency and hard work.
How much Harrison costs remains to be seen, but it has been reported previously that it is likely the Whites would have to pay around £8m for the winger’s service.
Harrison has helped Leeds to the top of the Championship table this season, with Bielsa’s side nine games away from securing a Premier League return.
QUIZ: Are these 15 Leeds United statements true or false?
Harrison has been ultra consistent for Leeds this season and there’s a great desire at Elland Road to see him return to the club on a permanent deal.
Leeds are looking like they will prioritise his signing and rightly so; he looks ready for the Premier League, with his outing against Arsenal in the FA Cup only adding to that belief.
Bielsa has done wonders for the winger’s career and he is a big favourite at Leeds now.
