Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn has urged his team to ‘burst’ Norwich City’s bubble in their Sky Bet Championship clash with the Canaries tonight.

The match at Elland Road is much more important for Alex Neil’s Norwich City, with the club currently sat in second place in the Sky Bet Championship.

With the top six in the Championship so incredibly tight, a win for Norwich will be seen as a must if they are to attain an automatic spot in the division.

However, Redfearn is aiming to spoil the party and wants his club to perform to their optimum level.

Talking to the Telegraph and Argus, Redfearn said:

“It’s a game where Norwich have got everything to play for. But I’ve reminded the players that the season’s still alive and we’ve got everything to play for.

“We want to try and burst their bubble and we want a performance. If we get a performance, then we’ve got a chance of getting a result.”

The Yorkshire club currently sit in 15th place in the Sky Bet Championship, having accumulated 52 points from 42 league games thus far this season.

It would undoubtedly be a shock result if the Elland Road outfit managed to get three points tonight, but with the unpredictable nature of the division, anything is possible.
