Leeds United ground out a 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest yesterday as a late Kemar Roofe goal gave the home side a valuable point.

Jack Robinson had given the Reds the lead in the first half with a downward header, but Jack Clarke got on the end of a pull back across the six yard box for Leeds, before his directed effort was turned home by Kemar Roofe at the far post, seemingly with his arm.

That goal from Roofe proved to the big talking point of the day in the Championship on the whole, and following the game, it appeared that the Leeds social media account was also having a little dig of their own.

The update from the social media account, which stated Roofe 'hands Leeds a valuable point' proved to be quite amusing for the Whites fans, who were commenting in their droves on the cheeky comment.

The point for Leeds meant they remain firmly in the hunt for promotion, although a win would have sent the Whites back to the top of the table, the spot currently occupied by Sheffield United.

Leeds fans, what did you make of this? Do you think it was done on purpose? Let us know in the comments!
