Leeds United have had a superb season under new manager Garry Monk and look well on their way to securing a playoff place in the Championship.

Monk has managed to get his team playing excellent and efficient football, with the form of Chris Wood a huge bonus, as well as a host of Monk's summer signings paying off big time for the club.

Leeds are still a massive club in the Championship, and it feels right that we now see them in the upper echelons of the league table.

Transfer plans are likely to already be being made by Monk and his Leeds board. The summer represents a chance for Leeds to add even more depth to what is already a talented squad.

One place Monk could look for talent is the Premier League, and more specifically, Chelsea.

The Blues have a host of excellent players not even getting near the first team squad, so with this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO Chelsea wonderkids who Leeds could look to sign this summer...

Josimar Quintero

Ecuadorian midfielder Quintero has been with Chelsea for three seasons now, but has so far failed to get near the first team on a regular basis.

The impressive midfielder has a background of playing for Spanish giants Barcelona, and Leeds could well be looking at a player like Quintero to add quality to their squad.

At just 20-years-old, he has years ahead of him to develop into a top player, and could flourish alongside the likes of Ronaldo Vieira at Elland Road.

Isaac Christie-Davies

Box-to-box midfielder Christie-Davies is one of the brightest talents in the development squad at Stamford Bridge, and looks to have an excellent future ahead of him.

The 20-year-old has been a regular for the team this season, and last year he made 30 appearances, scoring six goals in all competitions across the youth set up.

His contract is set to expire this summer with the Blues, and Leeds manager Garry Monk would be well advised to take a potential punt on the impressive looking midfielder.
