It's been a pretty rough patch for Leeds United in recent weeks with them going seriously off the boil after the excitement was beginning to build.
The men from Elland Road started in superb form this season and looked as though they were going to challenge for the title at the early point in the campaign.
Now, though, they are in a really poor rut and fans are concerned that that is not going to turn around quickly with them seeming to have lost some edge and physicality.
One man, then, who seems to have lost his tenacity this year is Pontus Jansson with the defender not looking the player he was last season.
Certainly, then, he and his team-mates have work to do to turn things around and he seems to at least be aware of this with this pretty frank message being posted on his Instagram:
Last few weeks has been tough, things hasn’t gone in that way we all wanted and I personally have been shit. But we all want the same thing now, going back and win games and the only way to go is hard work, 100%! Stay together everyone and we will for sure come back! Undoubtedly, then, there is work to do but there is also plenty of time to do it and the squad does possess players like Jansson that are going to knuckle down until a solution is found.
Time, then, to not panic just yet for fans of the club.
The Verdict
It's been a tough time for Leeds in recent weeks but there is no need for panic right now.
Of course, there's going to be concern, especially given the sheer contrast in form between the start of the campaign and now, but they've got the players to turn it around and they've got time to still make this season a success.
