Leeds United picked up a massive three points at the weekend, coming from behind to beat Paul Warne's Rotherham United side 2-1 at the New York Stadium.

Semi Ajayi gave the Millers the lead with a stunning striker but two second-half goals from Mateusz Klich dragged the Whites to a crucial three points that saw them open up a three-point lead at the top of the table.

Norwich City dropped points at home to fellow promotion hopefuls Sheffield United in a 2-2 draw to give Marcelo Bielsa and his side a big boost after a tricky spell.

With just three days left of the transfer window, however, there is still plenty of pressure on the club to invest in some new arrivals to bolster what is a shallow squad.

They were handed another blow on Monday morning as well when it was revealed that midfielder Stuart Dallas would now miss the next six weeks with an ankle injury suffered in training.

So, how big a blow is this to Leeds?

We discuss...

Jacob Potter

"It's a huge blow, given the circumstances.

"Dallas might not have been the most eye-catching player in terms of ability, but he certainly did a good enough job this season.

"They will miss him badly, and Bielsa surely must be tempted to add some depth to his squad this month now?"

George Harbey

"It’s yet another massive injury blow for Leeds.

"Dallas may not be a regular starter for the Whites, but it means that their squad depth is still very limited.

"Leeds simply need to strengthen this month."

Chris Gallagher

"It's a big loss for Leeds.

"Not in the sense that Dallas is a key player but his versatility is crucial.

"With Bielsa having such a small squad, you need players like Dallas who can play in different roles so he will be missed."
