It's been a busy summer for Leeds United this time around and now they have less than a week left to make sure their squad is as good and strong as it can be.

Since Thomas Christiansen's arrival the men from Elland Road have moved quickly to try and bring in the players he has wanted and you could certainly say that they've done a pretty good job.

For sure, though, if Rob Green goes to Huddersfield you get the feeling that the club should try and get in a new goalkeeper and Danny Ward of Liverpool might just be the perfect arrival.

The stopper helped Huddersfield go up through the play-offs last season and so knows what getting promoted is all about whilst he is also looking set for another spell on the bench at Liverpool.

For sure, Jurgen Klopp may have said he is in his plans but he is third choice and if a club like Leeds come calling then it's going to be hard to try and stop him wanting a move.

Certainly, then, the Whites should try and test the water as they'll need some extra competition for Felix Wiedwald and it's hard to think of a better option that could be available for a move right now.
