Leeds United are back in action this weekend as the Championship returns to our attentions with the international break out of the way.

The men from Elland Road have had a tough campaign so far but are still in touching distance of the play-offs and win this weekend could help them get back on track.

However, they do not have it easy this weekend as they face a Middlesbrough side that is bang in form and really starting to look strong.

It should be a tight game at Elland Road, then, and though Leeds fans will want to see their side go for it and get a big three points.

However, as per Adam Pope on Twitter, the Whites might be a bit more cautious in the game with Thomas Christiansen suggesting that sometimes they need to settle for a point:

Certainly, game management is always key and a point in isolation isn't an awful result but ahead of a big game at home where the club needs three points, this might not sit well with the fans.

Ultimately, it remains to be seen how the result pans out.

The Verdict

Leeds fans will be urging their side to get on the attack instead of being cautious and so it remains to be seen how the players respond.

If Boro are in front early, though, perhaps a point wouldn't be so bad.
