Leeds United will be looking to get back to winning ways against Swansea City this evening in a big game for both teams.

The Whites need three points to try and get back on a good run in terms of the top two whilst the Swans still harbour play-off ambitions.

It'll be interesting to see how both line-up, then, but it seems as though Marcelo Bielsa is going to stick by Luke Ayling - despite recent fan criticism.

As quoted by the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Argentine offered his support for the full-back but what must Jamie Shackleton be thinking?

The youngster isn't necessarily a right-back and in the future he may play further forwards but at times this season he has had the chance to play there.

Indeed, he's also seen Bielsa's willingness to use other young players like Jack Clarke and Aapo Halme - when needs be.

And, in light of Ayling's poor form in recent games, it might well be the case that Shackleton felt as though he'd get his chance to shine - before the likes of Gaetano Berardi and Stuart Dallas return.

It appears, though, perhaps unsurprisingly, that Bielsa is going to stay loyal to Ayling for now, as he often has done this season with many of his players.

Whether that's the right call, of course, remains to be seen but Shackleton might feel a little disappointed - if not exactly surprised.
