Two former Leeds men have been reunited in the north-west, with Jermaine Beckford visiting his old boss Simon Grayson at Blackpool's training ground.

The pair also worked together at Huddersfield and Preston but it is Leeds fans who are responding with enthusiasm on

Under Grayson Leeds enjoyed a fine spell, gaining promotion from League One in 2010 and in the same year earned a memorable 1-0 victory against Manchester United in the FA Cup, with Beckford grabbing the winner at Old Trafford.

Both enjoyed some of the finest spells of their career with the Yorkshire club. Grayson enjoyed a 49% win rate - his highest at any club - whilst Beckford scored 72 in 126 appearances, twice being named League One Player of the Year in 2008 and 2010.

For Blackpool fans the sight of the pair brought up momentary hopes of Beckford signing for the club, but for Leeds fans it evokes much greater feelings, and memories of some of the best moments at the club in recent years.
