Leeds United will be looking forward to another busy weekend of Sky Bet Championship action as they aim to get themselves back on top of the table come the end of it all.

The Whites managed to get past Bolton Wanderers eventually at the weekend with a 2-1 win and now they take on QPR followed by West Brom.

And, though the QPR game must be focused on, the West Brom match on Friday is obviously significant for the title race.

Indeed, some important news relating to that game comes from the Birmingham Mail with it possible Ahmed Hegazi is going to be missing after going off during the game with Sheffield United on Saturday.

The defender has been in good form of late for the Baggies and is arguably one of the better players in the division - particularly at centre-half.

And, whilst no-one wishes injuries on a player, Whites fans will be hoping in the nicest possible way that the towering Egyptian is not ready for this massive game.

Indeed, it would leave West Brom weaker at the back against a team that has been very good going forward this year.

Hegazi is expected to have a scan early this week, too, so Whites fans will be keeping across things at the Hawthorns more than normal in the coming days.
