Leeds United are among four clubs chasing Glasgow Rangers forward Martyn Waghorn, according to the print edition of The Daily Mail via The Huddersfield Examiner.
Martyn Waghorn is being chased by a trio of Sky Bet Championship clubs with Nottingham Forest and Huddersfield Town keen to rival Leeds in pursuit of the attacker.
However, they all face competition from Premier League strugglers Sunderland, who are also interested in Waghorn.
Martyn Waghorn can play as a winger but prefers a role as a central striker.
The impressive 27-year-old has netted 43 goals in just 67 games for Rangers since joining from Wigan Athletic in summer 2015.
He previously played under Nottingham Forest boss Mark Warburton at Rangers so he might be tempted to re-join his old manager at the City Ground.
However, they would have to fend off competition from Sunderland, where Waghorn started his career.
The former England under-21 man has also had spells with Leicester and Wigan in England, as well as numerous loan stints.
