This has the potential to be a really smart signing for Sheffield Wednesday.

Lee Gregory has proven pedigree in the EFL but by his own admission the last couple of seasons in the Championship haven't quite gone as planned.

During his time with Millwall the 32-year-old was a real force and there's no doubt that Darren Moore will be hoping to tap into that quality and experience as they look to build a promotion push.

The Owls need an experienced striker and so the hope is that Gregory can be the man to take them forward.
