Jonathan Woodgate landed his dream job in the summer when he became Middlesbrough boss but it's quickly turning into a nightmare for the lifelong fan.

A sixth defeat in 12 Championship games against West Brom yesterday leaves Boro just one point and one place outside the relegation zone.

Whilst they actually played reasonably well against Albion, who currently lead the way in the Championship, they didn't create as many chances as the boss would've wanted.

Having replaced Tony Pulis, changing the style of play was seen as a priority for Woodgate but they've managed just 11 goals in 12 games so far.

That, combined with the results, has left Boro fans extremely frustrated about the direction the club are heading and there are serious doubts as to whether Woodgate was thrown in at the deep end too soon.
