Brentford emerged from Carrow Road with three points last night, as a Lasse Vibe doubled inspired the Bees to a 2-1 victory over Norwich City.

The West Londoners dominated the game, and victory was just reward for Dean Smith’s men on the night.

Defeat condemned Norwich to their third defeat in four games, with boss Daniel Farke coming under extreme pressure from the crowd as a chorus of boos echoed around Carrow Road at full-time.

Norwich had been expected to challenge for a top-six spot this season, but the former Borussia Dortmund II’s boss has fallen well short of expectations.

New signings have failed to step-up, and Farke has it all to do in the new year if he is to turn his side’s season around in the second half of the campaign.
