League 1 club table offer for 25-year-old amid Norwich and Ipswich links

Rotherham United have offered Tom Adeyemi the chance to re-join the club for their League One campaign, according to The Yorkshire Post.

Tom Adeyemi spent the season on loan at Rotherham United from Cardiff and was one of the best performers during a dire campaign for the Millers, which saw them relegated to the third tier.

The 25-year-old played 29 times for Rotherham, scoring six goals, and Paul Warne is keen to get him back for their League One promotion push next season.

However, Rotherham United face competition from a duo of Championship clubs for the former Birmingham City man.

Ipswich Town are in pole position to land Adeyemi, according to The Sheffield Star, while their East Anglian rivals Norwich City are weighing up a move to bring him back to Carrow Road, where he started his career.

Despite that, though, The Yorkshire Post maintains that Warne is confident of signing Adeyemi, who is likely to be released by Cardiff this summer.
