Charlton Athletic have released a statement claiming that the day to day running of the club remains "top priority" amid the public fallout between the hierarchy.
It stated that members of the senior management team met on Friday morning to "discuss the next steps."
"The club is assured by the commitment from HE Tahnoon Nimer and hopes the directors resolve their differences for the best of everyone at Charlton Athletic," it continued.
"In the meantime the main focus remains on running the club in the most efficient way possible and coordinating activity in response to today’s postponement of games, until at least April 3rd."

The public dispute between executive chairman Matt Southall and majority shareholder Tahnoon Nimer took another turn on Thursday evening, as police were called to The Valley, after there was a reported disagreement between club staff and members of the board.
It emerged that papers were allegedly served to Southall and fellow board member Jonathan Heller which in effect suspended them from their positions and banned them from the premises.
Tahnoon Nimer then claimed that he has control of the club, via social media.
The Verdict
London News Online journalist Louis Mendez has interpreted the statement meaning that "internal management of the club" are now reporting to Nimer rather than Matt Southall.
That would suggest that necessary steps may have been taken by Nimer to oust Southall from his position as chairman permanently.
However, it remains to be seen how the fallout can be resolved.
