The transfers keep on coming in League One as clubs begin to see their squads take shape for the coming season.

Some sides, Lincoln City for example, are yet to make a single signing this summer, whilst others have been incredibly busy.

We start our round-up at one of the clubs who have already broken their transfer record this summer; Peterborough United.

Frankie Kent & Sammie Szmodics

Peterborough have made a move for highly-rated Colchester duo Sammie Szmodics and Frankie Kent, as reported by Peterborough Today.

Kent, a former Arsenal trainee, is already holding talks with Posh, but Szmodics might take a little more to get over the line.

He's been linked with a move to Bristol City and will perhaps be assessing his options a little more.

Reece James

Sunderland have seen defender Reece James exit the club, as reported by the Sunderland Echo.

The left back only agreed on a contract extension last week, but he's now penned a two-year deal with Doncaster Rovers.

They lost full back Danny Andrew earlier in the week and have moved quickly to bring in the former Wigan man.

Steve Morison

Millwall legend Steve Morison has left the club, signing a one-year season-long loan deal with Shrewsbury in League One, as reported by the News Shopper.

Morison, who played Premier League football with Norwich, is 35-years-old and only played a handful of matches for the Lions last season.

He has a year left on his deal at the Den, which seems to indicate he's played his last game for the club.

Josh Morris

The highly-rated Scunthorpe attacker has signed a deal with Joey Barton's Fleetwood.

He's previously played on loan with the Cod Army, helping them to the League Two play-offs in 2014. The former Blackburn trainee pens a two-year deal at Highbury, despite reports suggesting Millwall, QPR and Reading were watching him.
