Moore was named in the XI alongside goalkeeper Adam Davies, right-back Dimitri Cavare, centre-back Ethan Pinnock and midfielder Alex Mowatt.
Barnsley are currently second in the League One table, two points ahead of third-placed Portsmouth in the battle for automatic promotion, although Pompey have a game in hand.
The team face Blackpool at home this weekend before travelling to Bristol Rovers on the final day of the season, as they look to secure a return to the Championship.
Moore has had an outstanding season for Barnsley, despite missing some of the campaign through injury.
It has been a fantastic season for the club and it is no surprise to see five of their players named in the team of the season.
The team have now got to concentrate on winning their final two matches and if they can do that, they stand a good chance of achieving automatic promotion.
