Veljko Paunovic has refused to rule out a January exit for Michael Olise amid interest from Leeds United.
The 18-year-old midfielder has attracted the attention of a number of Premier League clubs after bursting onto the scene at the Madejski Stadium.
In 11 appearances this term the midfielder has scored two goals and created three for the Royals as they continue their fine start to the Championship campaign.
Olise will be key to any hopes of securing promotion and that’s why he’s attracted such interest alongside a number of other Reading players.
But while supporters will be hoping that they can keep hold of their prized asset, the Royals’ boss has said that a move is a possibility.
As quoted by Berkshire Live, Paunovic said: “That’s a possibility for everyone.
“It’s a fact that every team in the world has to deal with.

“It’s a part of the game, it’s a possibility and we don’t control that.
“But what I can tell you – why the teams are looking at our players is because our team is doing well and individuals form part of the team, and their performances are important.
“That’s what we also control and this is what we focus on.”
Michael Olise has the potential to be a top, top player.
At 18 years of age he’s already showing immense quality, but he still has plenty of room for improvement.
Playing week in, week out in the Championship would surely be the best thing for him, and who knows, if he continues to improve then he may well be in the Premier League sooner rather than later anyway.
