Derby County will be looking to get back to winning ways against Blackburn tonight at Pride Park following their shock defeat to Rotherham on Saturday.

It was a frustrating afternoon for the Rams in Yorkshire, with boss Frank Lampard sent off for the first time in his managerial career.

However, they will find it tough against a Rovers side that have adapted comfortably to life back in the Championship after their promotion last season.

Tony Mowbray's men have lost just once this season, although they've drawn too many games, with four of their seven league fixtures ending all-square.

That includes a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa on Saturday, when the West Midlands side equalised deep into stoppage time.

So, both sides will be desperate to get all three points and there's a lot of quality on the pitch from both sides.

But, who would make a combined XI between the two teams?

We take a look...

The Rams stopper has established himself as one of the best in the division over the years and is a really solid option at this level.

This was a tough choice, but Derby teenager Bogle has looked so assured since linking up with the first-team this season that he just gets the nod.

The Rams skipper is a top player at this level but will miss the clash against Rovers through injury, which is a major boost for the away side.

Mulgrew is a real leader and calming influence for Mowbray's men. He's good defensively and is excellent on the ball, both in-play and from set-pieces with his magnificent left-foot.

The quick full-back has the power to influence games at both ends of the pitch and has settled in well to the Championship.

This is another tough choice and Huddlestone hasn't made an impact this season because of injury, however he has proven himself to be a fantastic player at this level in the past few years.

Reed made a really positive impression as a substitute on Saturday and should get the nod to start tonight. He will become a key player for the Lancashire side.

The on-loan Chelsea man has been a revelation this season and looks a cut above most in the Championship.

An easy choice. Dack has been incredible since joining Blackburn and it already seems a matter of time before he is playing in the top-flight.

After his awful tackle against the Millers on Saturday, Lawrence is suspended. That's another big boost for the visitors tonight as the Wales international has been making big contributions this season.

In truth, no striker is standing out from either side this season, with the managers still trying to find the right formula up top.

However, given his goalscoring exploits last season for Ipswich, Waghorn would just get the nod.
