It was a big weekend for Leeds United in the Sky Bet Championship, with the Whites edging further ahead of Sheffield United in the race for automatic promotion.

Leeds watched Sheffield United drop two points at home to Millwall on Saturday before beating Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 thanks to Jack Harrison’s fourth goal of the season.

That’s given Leeds an advantage ahead of the four-game run-in, with Kemar Roofe

Accompanying Roofe’s words are pictures from Saturday’s meeting with Wednesday.

The 26-year-old was introduced shortly before Harrison’s goal, with one image showing his reaction to Patrick Bamford agonisingly pulling a shot wide prior to the winner.

Another image shows Roofe embracing captain Liam Cooper at the full-time whistle, when the sense of relief at Elland Road was evident.

Roofe and his teammates now turn their attention to a crucial Easter period, where the Whites play twice in four days.
