Leeds United striker Ryan Edmondson scored two goals in the under-23s' 5-0 win over Hull City on Sunday afternoon, taking his tally to eight for the season.

The 18-year-old's tally puts him top of the goal scoring charts in the Professional Development League, a division United's under-23s won last term.

The striker made two appearances for United last term but has yet to feature in the first team for Marcelo Bielsa this term.

Some fans have questioned why the 18-year-old hasn't featured in the first team squad this season or pushed for appearances in the cup competitions.

Following the under-23 win, Edmondson took to Twitter to express his determination to win the Professional Development League again this time around.
