Chesterfield have extended the loan of Peterborough United winger Daniel Kearns until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old, who has made seven appearances for the Spireites, will remain at the Proact Stadium for the remainder of the Sky Bet League Two campaign.
“I’ve enjoyed it since I’ve been here. The staff and the boys have been brilliant with me and made me feel really welcome,” Kearns said.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international is looking to help Chesterfield secure their promotion to League One, where they may join his parent club.
Kearns said: “I’m happy to get the loan extended to the end of the season, the main aim is to get promotion and then hopefully push on to try and win the title.”
