Karlan Grant has called on his teammates to keep the momentum going after West Bromwich Albion trounced Sheffield United 4-0 at The Hawthorns on Wednesday night in the Sky Bet Championship.

The Albion were by far the better team on the night as they outfought and outthought their opposition, running out comfortable winners.

Indeed, 4-0 was not flattering at all and it could have been an even bigger scoreline, which will naturally please Valerien Ismael.

The games will keep on coming for the Baggies, though, and Grant has urged his teammates to take the momentum the win over the Blades will generate and use it positively.

This is what he said on Twitter:

Grant played his part in the victory with his well-weighted pass through for Alex Mowatt providing the third goal of the evening.

Overall, it was a top performance from the Baggies who, to a man back-to-front simply outplayed their opponents.

Clearly, the Blades will improve and should become promotion contenders this season - much like Albion will be as well - and so to get a big win like this on the board early on could prove worth its weight in gold come the end of the season.

West Brom, now, need to kick on.
