After a short international break, Nottingham Forest will be looking to bounce back with a win away at Swansea City this weekend.

The Reds have made a steady start to the campaign, winning only one of their opening six league outings, as well as drawing four times.

Aitor Karanka’s men, however, have a squad very capable of kicking on and finishing in the promotion places this term, whether that be automatically or via the play-off route.

Their large squad means that Forest have perhaps the best depth in the division, giving Karanka the opportunity to make changes, whilst knowing that he has players coming off the bench in the dying embers of the game, who can come on and make a huge impact.

With that being said, here we take a look at TWO players Karanka must use as impact subs against Swansea this weekend...

Dias came off the bench for Portugal under-21s in the week and immediately set up their second goal as they clinched a 2-0 win over Wales.

Matty Cash has done more than enough to cement a place in the starting line-up after netting four times in six games, and after playing in the week, Dias may also require a rest - making the role of an impact sub even more suitable with his pace and direct running.

Lewis Grabban should also be used as an impact sub, as he has the ability to run in behind defences when they are tired late on in the game.

Daryl Murphy will do the nitty gritty stuff throughout the game, giving Grabban the perfect opportunity to come on and stretch the Swansea defence, as he looks to find the net for the first time in Forest colours.
