Coventry City appear to have got a fair amount of their business already done this summer, and they'll be hoping to keep the squad intact for the rest of the transfer window.

The Sky Blues had a good campaign last season and are looking to build on that this year, with them kicking off the 22/23 season with a decent point against Sunderland on the opening weekend.

Whilst we wait to see how they get on against Rotherham United this weekend, then, let's take a look at some of the transfer headlines doing the rounds...

Todd Kane could be set for exit

If the right offer comes in, Todd Kane looks set to leave Coventry this summer.

He has been left out of matchday squads of late and Coventry Live reports that he is now deemed 'surplus to requirements.'

The report also states that Wigan Athletic have shown some small-level interest in him but that there's nothing too substantial there at the moment.

Callum O'Hare to stay put?

Coventry Live reporters that Callum O'Hare's recent hamstring injury might put off Burnley, and any other potential suitors, from making a move for the player this summer.

Coventry have a number of very good players, with the likes of Gus Hamer and Viktor Gyokeres also subject to speculation over moves this summer as well as O'Hare.

All three remain at the club for now, though, and the report about Burnley perhaps cooling their interest in O'Hare for the moment will be welcomed.

Tayo Adaramola

Adaramola is a recent arrival on loan but he was not involved in the game against Sunderland, with some wondering why.

Quoted by Coventry Live, Mark Robins explained:

“We have some good players. Callum Doyle was sat on the bench and he’s going to be a really good player, so we have some talent in the building.

"Tayo Adaramola wasn’t involved either and I just want him to have a look and get used to the way we play and do things before we let him out on everyone.”
