Sheffield Wednesday will want to end their season on a high should the EFL return from a lengthy break sooner rather than later.

The Owls have endured a mixed campaign under Garry Monk, and despite looking like they could mount a play-off push earlier on in the season, a midtable finish is very likely indeed.

Wednesday sit 15th in the Championship league standings, eight points off the play-off places with nine league matches still left to play.

One player who has been bright for the Owls this season is Kadeem Harris, who has made a real impression since joining on a free transfer in the summer.

The 26-year-old has been one of Wednesday's talismen, scoring three goals and producing as many assists.

With it now being over two months since a ball was kicked in the Championship, Harris has since took to Instagram to post a video of the goal he scored against Reading on opening day.

The winger showed an excellent burst of scene to get past the defender, before coolly slotting the ball into the net.

The Verdict

Wednesday haven't been at on more than one occasion this term, but there can be no denying that Harris has been one of their better players this season.

He's a player who loves to get on the ball and get forward, and he will be happy with the amount of games he's played this season after falling out of favour at Cardiff.

He will be eager to get back into it as soon as possible, when it is safe to do so, of course.
