‘Just tell Everton you’re never coming back please’ – Nottingham Forest fans react to their star player’s message

Nottingham Forest produced the goods on Sunday evening, as a five-star performance saw them thrash an Arsenal side who couldn’t handle the Forest attack. 

Forest have been struggling for form of late, but under caretaker manager Gary Brazil they’ve managed to go unbeaten so far with this following on from a goalless draw against Leeds United last time out.

In a Forest side that have been short on providing exciting moments for their fans so far this campaign, one player who hasn’t lacked in quality for the side is on loan Everton man Kieran Dowell.

The 20-year-old has been the standout player in the side this season, with his nine goals and five assists going a long way to steering them clear of the relegation zone.

Nevertheless, after netting his 9th goal via the penalty spot against Arsenal last time out, the youngster took to his personal Twitter account (@kierandowell1) to share his Instagram post that saw him overjoyed with the win.

Following the starlet’s post, fans looked to congratulate the midfielder on another fine performance as they hope to bring him back to the City Ground in the future.
