Birmingham City have been out of sorts of late having lost their last three games, two of which have come away from home, and they now face a Middlesbrough side who are not in the greatest form either.

Pep Clotet's side have come up short in recent games against Preston, Derby and Wigan, losing by a single goal in each of these games and will be looking to bounce back.

One massive positive for Birmingham City this season is the emergence of 16-year-old Jude Bellingham, who has scored two goals in six outings for the West Midlands club, both goals being the winning ones as they defeated Stoke City and Charlton Athletic.

Ahead of the match against Jonathan Woodgate's Boro, Bellingham has issued this message to Blues fans, with him identifying this fixture as a good time to reverse the wrongs of recent weeks.

The Verdict

Jude Bellingham has shown so far he has a mature head on his young shoulders.

Being a local lad, he will know the importance to the fans to turn their current run of form around and get a positive result against a Middlesbrough side who haven't shown much promise as of yet this season.

Bellingham has shown confidence in his message to the fans and clearly has full belief and confidence in his side to turn it around.
