West Ham United could be open to let Grady Diangana leave the club on loan in the summer, leaving the door open for West Brom to make a second move for the midfielder.

Diangana has been excellent for West Brom this season, scoring seven goals and registering six assists for Slaven Bilic's side in their bid for automatic promotion.

The 22-year-old has encountered a couple of problems with injury this term, but his contribution to the side has been absolutely invaluable.

Do you know the nickname of these 40 EFL clubs?

Diangana's form has alerted interest plenty of high-profile clubs of late, with The Sun crediting Everton, Newcastle United, Celtic and Ajax with a permanent move for the winger.

West Brom are also reportedly keen to sign Diangana on a permanent basis this summer, but the Express and Star's Joseph Masi has suggested that another loan move could be likely.

Speaking on the Baggies Broadcast, Masi revealed that West Ham could be open to letting West Brom sign Diangana on loan once again next season.

He said: "They held talks with West Ham about keeping him for next season as well on loan.”

“Obviously that deal wasn’t done, but they weren’t put off, and from what I gather, West Ham basically said to them, ‘if you get up, we would be interested in sending Diangana back out on loan to you because we’d like him to play regularly in the Premier League for a year before coming back to us’.”

“There was that indication from West Ham that they would be open, potentially, to letting Diangana come back on loan or definitely sending Diangana out on loan to a Premier League side next season.”

West Brom will be looking to prevent Leeds United from winning promotion tonight - anything other than a win over Huddersfield would secure promotion for the Whites.

The Verdict

Signing Diangana on loan would be a massive coup for West Brom.

He has excelled in the Championship this season and he is more than capable of making the step-up to the Premier League.

If he doesn't feature for West Ham, then he needs to leave and in Bilic, he has a manager who believes and trusts in him.
